Silver Spreads Tightening?

APMEX has less than a 3% spread on bags of 90% coins.

Sell; 5062

That's a $130 spread between buy and sell, or about 2.6%.

Didn't someone here complain that silver "wasn't liquid"?

Wasn't me. In fact I've been buying 90% from APMEX this year.

Shipping costs gotta be rising, yeah? Sur-charges or whatever they are called? More weight equals increase freight$? Nice to see a tight spread, though.

If I'm doing my math right thats about 18 cents spread per ounce. Not bad at all.
